2. Even though it is easy to say the practice of Tai Chi Chuan is beneficial to health and it is also a subtle.Since this system of exercise is suitable for people of all ages and requires little or no special equipment, it has gained an enthusiastic reception all over the world.
3. Tai Chi Chuan evolved to help people improve their physical health, equip them to defend themselves against wild beasts and bandits, and also improve their powers of meditation. In other words, Tai Chi Chuan enables people to survive through fitness and self-defence.

I have heared this KongFu before, but I am still wondering that how people can explore a large force from Tai Ji. Many old people play Tai Ji in the park in China. It should be healthy for people.
ReplyDeleteIt is our country's proud stuff. I like watch old people play Tai JI. They play it peacefully, and it helps their health. Tai Ji is really ok for our health, but I think our teenagers don't like to play it because it is not really fun for us.

ReplyDeleteI have heared Tai Ji before.I know it is a kind of very educational Kong Fu.It is not to tell people how to fight,it tells people how to protect themselves and how to survival.A very famus sentence of Tai Ji is that Skillfully deflected the question.

Haha,we are going to show some forms on Alissa's class.(lol) However, Tai Chi is very traditional in China.Old people like to play it.Tai Chi also use for protecting ourselves.It very helpful for our body health.

ReplyDeleteMy grandfather know how to play "Tai chi chuan". When I was a little kid, I saw my grandfather did this exercise, but I didn't knew the name at that time. However, I think that Tai chi now is a pretty good exercise to keep our body healthy. I really like to watch it!

ReplyDeleteSome people said that Thai Chi is only a kind of old men exersice. But i say, the skillness of Thai Chi is too hard and it required for long time for practice so that is why the players of Thai chi are always older. One of friend have learned some low level of Thai Chi, and his teacher is very old. He told me that his Shifu have done Thai Chi for over 20 years and he is a master. No one could easily attact hime beacase he can easliy use your power to hurt your self. The idea of Thai Chi is not use big power but trasform your enermies power to be used as yours.
ReplyDeleteMy grandfather is 85 years old. He goes to park and practice Tai Chi every day. I can see that he is still healthy and usually go outside with us. I think that it is like sports as swimming, basketball, etc. However, it is fitter to Chinese. It is slow and peaceful. I want to learn it when I am free.

I KNOW ONE ENGLISH PROFESSOR IN JAPAN WHO DOES THIS. HE IS CLOSE TO 60, BUT HE IS STILL HEALTHY. BUT HE IS SO QUIET THAT HE IS NOT THAT KIND OF PERSON WHO PLAYS BASKETBALL OR FOOTBALL. SO I GUESS THAT FITS HIM WELL. I AM SURE IT IS GOOD FOR HEALTH, BUT I GUESS THERE ARE NOT MANY PEOPLE WHO CAN TEACH IT IN JAPAN. SO I GUESS I WILL TAKE A WALK IN A PARK INSTEAD.
