Your body needs to sleep

1.Today, I will talk about sleeping. It is familiar with you. You need it every day. There is another thing that you know very much. It is also close to sleeping. Yes, you are right-------- dream.
2. You may spend 1/3 of your life on sleeping. When you are sleeping, your muscles become paralyzed. Of course, your health is not influenced. Your brain becomes active and is full of all kinds of activities. That is the result of dreaming.
3. Everyone is affected by the change of day and night, and your body is also controlled by circadian rhythm. It is a kind of time rhythm. According to research, without the influence of the sunshine, the “clock” in your body is different from the clock on the wall. It has 24.18 hours in a circle. So you need to be exposed to the sunshine to correct the “clock” in your body.
4. The change of your circadian rhythm and environment may influence your sensation and behavior. For example, when you travel for a long distance, you may experience time differences, and you will be tired and want to sleep.
5. In the 1/3 of circadian rhythm, you are at the standstill. We call the standstill sleeping. Scientists found the rapid eye movements during sleeping.
6. Sleeping have several stages. The former 4 stages are non-REM. Four stages is a circle, and the circle is 90 minutes. Then, you are in REM circle, and this circle is 10 minutes. You may experience 4 to 6 circles in a night.
7. You may rise such an interesting questing: why do we need to sleep.
8. Sleeping is the basic of biology. If the individual can spend 7 to 8 hours on sleeping, all parts of his body will be in good condition.
9. I mentioned 2 parts of sleep------NREM and REM. In NREM period, people and animals’ bodies can store the energy for the daily life, and they can also recover the damage. In REM part, structures of body will be set up.
10. Sleeping benefits you a lot. Why not keeping enough sleeping every day?

I was back from NYC at 1130 at night. after finishing the homework, it`s almost at 530am. I thought today is the final essay due day, but it`s not. What a tragedy......

We all have many stuff to do everyday that would lead to we do not have enough time to sleep, but people mostly need at least 8 hours to sleep per day. Sleep well could make you feel better and live longer.

  8. Sleeping takes a lot of time in our life, also it is very important for our body. People always occupy the time of sleeping to work or enjoy. It is
really bad for our health. However, I always have a headache after I take a long sleeping. I don't know why.

  9. Well. In this position, I cannot deny that I'm not healthy enough because of the sleeping. I always go to bed too late and spend plenty of time sleeping in the next daylight morning. However, that cannot satisfied my energy though it costs me nearly 1/2 day to get sleep. We are adultlecents and it is necessary for us to get enough sleep so that we may have strong strength to study.

  11. Ha, I didn't know that our body's circle is different from the natural. I think it will be hard for everyone to change his or her habit to his/ her body.
Sleeping is rather important. However, we often spend time on some unimportant things. That means we are killing ourselves.
I will change my habit as possible as I can.

ONLY A FEW MISTAKES. GOOD WORK!
A COUPLE DAYS AGO, I READ A NEWS ABOUT NON-REM SLEEPING. IT IS WELL KNOWN THAT DURING THE REM SLEEPING, BRAINS ARE WORKING. BUT THE RESEARCH SHOWED THAT EVEN DURING THE NON-REM SLEEPING, BRAINS SEEM TO BE WORKING. INTERESTING.
ANOTHR RESEARCH SHOWS THAT THOSE PEOPLE WHO SLEEP LONGER THAN 8 HOURS TENDS TO HAVE A SHORTER LIFE. SO TOO MUCH SLEEP IS NOT GOOD, EITHER.
