- I want to write about educational policy.
- I think education is most important for everybody, so many people want to get a good education and they want to make a good life.
- A lot of Korean parents sent their children to United States for their children’s education, and they think American education is better than Korea.
- It can be true. I also think Korean educational policy has to change. Korea is not only one country have a problem with educational policy.
- When we were in an elementary school, we usually hang out with friends and we don’t really worry bout study. Today, many Korean elementary students look like high school students. When they finish public school, and they are going to their academy school after class. We call “Hak-won”. Some kids want to go to Hak-won by themselves, but usually their parents sent them to go to there.
- In few months, I saw a lot of news about young kids’ suicide by themselves. They usually kill themselves because of school problems. Some kids left a suicide note. The motive of his suicide was explained in a note he/she left. It makes me feel sorrow. They have to be happy in their age and they never think about suicide.
- Many thing is different than before, when we were play on the ground with friends, today, they are going to Hak-won to study. It is make them stress and disoriented. They don't know why they have to study that much. Some kids lost thier identity. They don't know what they are living for.
- When they are young, I think they have to do whatever they want. Not a big thing, just they have to do something like a child.
- Last week, my friend called me and she told me that her sister is coming to America. I don’t understand why she wants to come because her sister was very good student in Korea. My friend said her sister goes to Hak-won every week, and come back to house at 10:00pm. She is only 10 years old. a lot of the students try to get a good grade, so she thought she have to do it like an other students. later,She told their parents she wants to live with her sister(my friend in U.S.) because she doesn’t want to stay in Korea. So her parents decide to send her to United States.
- What do you think about this? If you have a child later, do you want to move to United States for your kid(s), or do you want to stay in your own country? Do you think your country have a good educational policy?

Yep,you are right. The United States has the strongest high level education in the world, that is the reason why i came to here. The education policy in the USA is so organized and perfect. In my country, only the low level education is better than the United States.Come to the United States is a very good choice for everyone,or you will be regreted, because you just see the chance pass by.
ReplyDeleteFirstly, I was very surprised at the second picture. Children are studying on the train!
ReplyDeleteMany Japanese children go to the private cram school after public shcool, too. I agree with your opinion. Kids should play with their friends in the ground, and do something like kids.
If I have a child, I don't want my child to go to the U.S. while she/he is young, because I think it doesn't need to go to American school for Japanese childres. However, it's OK to go to the U.S. university when she/he grew up.
In china, we also have a lot of “Hak-won”. This phenomena is very common in china. A friend of my father, his son go to different academy school everyday. His son just only eight years old. If I have chance to send my child to study in US. I think that I will.
ReplyDeleteThat`s a hot topic today. Many developing countries` education systems are improvable, even in some developed countries. The education system is really cruel and unacceptable in China. My friend said to me that if you haven`t experienced the university entrance examination, your life is fragmentary. I came to the USA in order to get a better education also can be considered as a kind of escape. I had escaped the Chinese university entrance examination from my high school. I am lucky, because of the opportunity and my family. I haven`t thought about the kids` future up to now. Basically, I should study hard before thinking this question.
ReplyDeleteThere is no debut that the USA is patter than Libya at education that is why I am here, but I cannot understand countries such as Japan and Korea and chine they have a good education and they made a very important progress in the all there life aspects why the send their children to the USA. I do not think that the USA is patter than Japan or Korea.
ReplyDeleteEducation policy really needs to change. I think education is everyone's right, but it doesn't mean the pressure. We receive education to change our life and to improve our lives's quality. We should get happiness from education. Sometimes competitions in this social results the pressure. Why don't take it easy? I think we shoule release ourselves. Then we can get skills and knowledge happily and easily.
ReplyDeleteThans for your practical topic,it is really meaningful.
ReplyDeleteWhile reading your blog,I thought about China.China has advanced alleviate burdens on students since several years ago,but it seems that student have to burden more than before. There's no doubt that there's something wrong with the education system.
Aiming to your questions in the ending,I think I will send my child to the U.S.,cause they really have a sturdy education system.
Education system is also the big problem in China. Many Chinese student do not like Chinese education policy, but they can not change it,so they need to adapt it.I do not think if there is the best education system in the world,it just can be more humanized.
ReplyDeleteThat is ture. Education sysytem is really a huge case in every country. It makes some strong connections with many institutions, such as state government, local government, even in some small cities. Parents care about whether their children can own a good opportunity to study or not. In my country, there are still bunches of kids who cannot go to school for several different reasons since they are young enough. Occasionally, I feel a little sad not because where I am, just feel sympathetic about the poor young children that have no chance to go to school. I hope in the future, every child will take decent education.
ReplyDelete1. I want to write about educational policy.
ReplyDelete2. I think education is (THE) most important for everybody, so many people want to get a good education and they want to make a good life.
3. A lot of Korean parents SEND their children to THE United States for their children’s education, and they think American education is better than KoreaN.
4. It can be true. I also think Korean educational policy has to change. Korea is not only one country THAT HAS a problem with educational policy.
5. When we ARE in an elementary school, we usually hang out with friends and we don’t really worry ABOUT study. Today, many Korean elementary SCHOOL students look like high school students. When they finish public school, * they GO to their academy school after class. We call “Hak-won”. Some kids want to go to Hak-won by themselves, but usually their parents SEND them * there.
6. In THE PAST few months, I saw a lot of news about young kids’ suicide *. They usually kill themselves because of school problems. Some kids left a suicide note. The motive of HIS/HER suicide was explained in a note he/she left. It makes me feel sorrow. They have to be happy in their age and they SHOULD(?) never think about suicide.
7. Many thingS ARE different than before.* We * USED TO play on the ground with friends, BUT today, they GO to Hak-won to study. It * makeS them stressED and disoriented. They don't know why they have to study that much. Some kids LOSE thier identity. They don't know what they are living for.
8. When they are young, I think they have to do whatever they want. IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE a big thing, BUT just WHAT they WANT to do * AS a child.
9. Last week, my friend called me and she told me that her sister WAS coming to America. I don’t understand why she wants to come because her sister was A very good student in Korea. My friend said her sister goes to Hak-won every week, and comeS back to HER house at 10:00pm. She is only 10 years old. A lot of the students try to get a good grade, so she thought she HAD to do it like * other students. Later, S(SMALL)he told their parents she WANTED to live with her sister(my friend in THE U.S.) because she DIDN'T want to stay in Korea. So her parents decideD to send her to THE United States.
10. What do you think about this? If you have a child later, do you want to move to THE United States for your kid(s), or do you want to stay in your own country? Do you think your country HAS a good educational policy?
ABOUT THE LANGUAGE, BE CAREFUL OF THE TENSE.
EXAMINING STATISTICS IN JAPAN, IN THIS CRUEL EDUCATION SYSTEM, TWO DIFFERENT GROUPS EMERGE AMONG CHILDREN: ONE WHO STUDY SO HARD AND SUCCEED IN SCHOOL AND THE OTHER WHO JUST GIVE UP AND DO NOTHING. THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN WHO BELONG TO SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE IS DECREASING. IT IS NOT TRUE THAT THE MORE YOU STUDY, THE HAPPIER YOU WILL BE. HAPPINESS COMES FROM INSIDE OF YOU.
Actually, I think that education system now have a lot of problems for every country. There is no a perfect education system throughout the world. we can only acknowlage that the modification for education policy is a task that requires next several generation to put efforts on it. However, education system is in the process of change and have tendency to become more reasonable without much pressure .
ReplyDeleteSo dose my country. We have many same problem. But we can only put those problems on the educational system's shoulder. Many departments have responsibilities for it. One is our parents. There is no doubt that many times we study is not our own desire. We are forces by our parents and lost our paling time.
ReplyDeleteI like your question that end at the paragraph. The issue of over academic education is also sierious in China. More and more kids are under much bigger pressure than when i was young. When I have a kid. i would like to let he or she picks what he really interesting to learn but not desided by me. Moreover, i would like to let my kids learn the real chinese culture.
ReplyDeleteI thought about the question few years ago. there is no doubt that the enlightened education is very important. As me, I had the books which was thought in grade 1,2and 3 learned by the nanny when I was 3 years old . I didn't go to kindergarten. I learned how to play piano when I was 5,whereas I didn't like it at that time.. but it helped me when I grew up. I had a adult mind than other friends at the same age.
