Your body’s own insurance policy
I asked if I ever eat pizza or have some ice cream. I laugh at the question, because I do eat all of them. Many people’s perception of a person who is into health and wellness is that they are perfect and never miss a workout or eat poorly. I can tell you that is far from the truth. No one is perfect and it is all about focusing on what you want, and for me, I focus each day on wanting to feel good. If I do not put some healthy practices into my daily goals, I end up having low energy and less motivation.
Here are daily goals that I employ each day to ensure good health.
1- Do not skip breakfast.
Many people either start their day off with no breakfast or a poor quality breakfast. Try to make sure you get a balance, high quality meal each morning as soon as you can. This will keep your metabolism up, and fat burning hormones active.
2- Invest in some green food.
I know very few people who eat enough vegetable. I am not one of them. I constantly struggle to eat enough vegetable. This is the best way to make sure that your body is getting enough whole food based vitamins, minerals, enzymes. This is the best investment for your body.
3- Eat healthy fat.
If there is one macronutrient that I focus on getting each day it is healthy fat. Every morning with my green food supplement, I take one teaspoon of lemon with olive oil.
4- Your body alkaline.
Our bodies go through a lot of stress throughout the day. Your body is exposed to a lot of toxins as will. Over time that will make your body’s PH level too high and you will be more acidic. So each day I make sure to consume water in an environmentally safe plastic bottle. Water is higher in mineral.
5- End of the day control.
Eating too much later in the day, especially late at night will cause a metabolic pitfall. If you are really hungry at night and end up eating way too much, then that is a sign of not getting enough nutrients in throughout the day. Not consuming enough healthy fats and protein, eating ever few hours, lack of water, and not having a high quality breakfast will cause you to eat way too much at night, and will push you to make poor food choices.
This is my advice to you guys and I hope you have learned something.

As the book said:'we are what we eat'. So keep a healthy diet plan is very vital. A exercise routine is also a tool to help us healthy. Balance meats and vegetables every time very well rather than only eat one genus of food.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was in Korea, my mom told me that I have to eat breakfast so I always had a breakfast. After,when I came to U.S. I never eat breakfast. I just eat milk or coffee. My mother said breakfast is very important for your day, so if you didn't eat breakfast, your brain will not using enough than when you eat a breakfast.Some people hate vegetables, but vegetable is very healthy food. It's good for your eyes or stomach. Onething,I usually don't like to do exercise by myself, but I know we have to do exercise for my health!

I eat breakfast every morning, because breakfast makes me wake up and gives me power. I have heard one interesting research result. Researcher examined test score of students who had not had breakfast, and who had had breakfast. The students who had had breakfast got higher score than the students who had not had breakfast. I really felt that breakfast is important for us.

How to keep healthy is a general significant event for everybody. When I was in my home country, I always forced myself to have breakfast everyday as well as my parents. It is the all start of a day and the nutritious balance of the body is also begin to work. Supposing that you never have meal regularly, you body's health system will be destroyed and can hardly to be recovered. Above all, I think I should change my current lifestyle because I rarely have breakfast in the morning until I take mcuh food at lunchtime.
ReplyDeleteThank you for these advices about the strategy how to keey a balance diet in our daily life. I feel that having a good diet is a big part of factors that influence our physical health. Therefore, we should know the methods how to keep the balance of nutrition . For example , eating both meat and vegetable for each meal . beside , as you mention , having every breakfirst in every morning as well as eat healthy fat , etc.
ReplyDeleteActually,I am puzzled with getting fat and uncomfortable these days. Your article remind me of balancing diet and keeping healthy. I eat everything, but too much, so I feel bad sometimes. I am considering going to gym regularly, maybe it is also a good way to keep healthy.Thanks for your advices.
ReplyDeleteWhen I read this eassy,I found that I have a bad habit of eating food. I always eat foods for fully, but it may bad for my health. If I want to keep fat and keep healthy, I think I will always remember what the eassy talk about.

ha, yeah.I think this is really a good topic. I always wake up late and I have to skip my breakfirst. I know there are so many bad eating style in my daily life. But sometimes I just can make myself to do it in the healthy way. But I will try to force myself to do it from now. I think it is good to myself.

As you said, breakfast is very important in each day. I am use to have breakfast in working day, especially in the quiz day.

ALTHOUGH I LEAVE HOME FOR SCHOOL AT 6:5O ALMOST EVERY MORNING, I NEVER MISS BREAKFAST. IT IS JUST MY HABIT TO HAVE SOMETHING IN THE MORNING. IT IS EASY IF YOU GET UP EARLY ENOUGH. GETTING UP EARLY MIGHT BE HARD FOR SOME OF YOU. WELL, THEN GO TO BED EARLY!
