60th anniversary of People’s Republic of China

1. October 1, 2009! Today is the 60th anniversary of People’s Republic of China. A lot of chinese people have been looking forward today for a long time. Also us, international studens form china. I was felling quite lose when I realized that I could not see the celebration in Beijing. Because I live in beijing!

2. Well, but last night I still watched it on internet. President Hu Jintao inspected the defense forces in Beijing, TianAnMen Square, as our country held celebrations to mark the 60th. At the very beginning of the National Day millitary, present Hu, wearing a high-collared dark Mao suit and riding in a black open-roof Flag limousine, passed by ten thousands of soldiers and militia and ranks of camouflaged tanks and missiles.
“同志们好!” “Greetings, comrades!” Hu said.
“首长好!” “Greetings, leader!”the soldiers responded.
This is the tranditional sight of China’s National Day millitary since 1949.

3. At a rally in TianAnMen Square, Present Hu urged our Chinese people to unite to build a “ rich, strong, democratic, civilized, harmonious and modernized socialist contry.”

4. About 200,000 soldiers and civilians, from veterans and athletes to space heroes and young people, gathered in Tiananmen Square for today’s millitary and mass parade to show the achievements of the las 60 years. Actually, a lot of my friends who are studying in Beijing are adressing a part of the parade. That also a reason why I pay a lot of attention on it. They did so hard to prepare for today’s parade.

5. The army showed off its latest weapons. Weapons on display included China;s new generation of tanks, unmanned aerial vehicles and satellite communication devices. More than 150 fighter jets, bombers, helicopters and other aircraft were to fly over the square. My parents exitly told me that they saw those jats flied over their head.

6. As a chinese being, I feel so pround of my contry. This 60 years are not easy years. We achieved a huge mount of grades. And I believe that we can do better in the future. I wish my mother country have a very happy 60th birthday!!

THERE ARE MISTAKES IN SPELLING. YOU CAN USE SPELLCHECKER BEFORE POSTING. I WAS NOT SURE WHAT YOU WERE TRYING TO SAY IN SOME PARTS BECAUSE OF THAT. ALSO MAKE SURE TO CAPITALIZE THE FIRST LETTER OF THE NAME OF A PLACE, SUCH AS CHINA AND BEIJING.
CONGRATULATIONS ON THE CELEBRATION. EVERYONE KNOWS CHINA IS GROWING RAPIDLY. I HOPE YOUR COUNTRY PROSPER EVEN MORE IN THE FUTURE.
